Before you pay anything
- Open the official source above and confirm the entry. Lists change, and this copy was taken on 13 Oct 2026.
- Match the city and the location, not only the name. The same name can be approved in one city and illegal in another.
- An approved scheme can have an illegal extension or phase. Ask which block and phase your plot is in.
- Approval of the layout is not permission to sell. Ask for the NOC and the approved layout plan showing your plot number.
- Have a lawyer read the papers and verify land ownership before any payment.
